PAYMENT OF UTILITIES
The payment service of utilities bills through electronic channels provides more convenience to your company. Citi, to better serve you, has diversified the coverage of agreements through partnership with other banks, increasing the offer of utilities companies available, and has improved its digital platforms for those payments.
Citi went from a list with 100+ agreements to a new list with more than 700 utilities companies available for payments via barcode (via file exchange and/or manual input of the barcode on CitiDirect). Click and check here the details for the new list1 of utilities companies registered for payments and their cut-off time.
The ways utilities companies’ bills can be paid remain to be the same:
- Upload on CitiDirect or CitiConnect for Files;
- Manual input of barcode information on CitiDirect;
The available layout for the payments are: CNAB240, Paylink600 and XML. The confirmation of the payments made will be available on CitiDirect, selecting the “Reports” or the “Voucher Inquiry” options.
